  • I can accept all legal aid cases except those that carry a maximum penalty of life imprisonment or where preventative detention is possible. These are some of the charges I can help with:

    • Driving charges: whether it be driving while disqualified or drink driving.

    • Dishonesty charges: from low-level shoplifting all the way up to burglaries and robberies.

    • Drug charges: whether it be possession, supplying or manufacturing/cultivating controlled substances.

    • Violence charges: from common assault and low-level domestic violence, all the way up to serious violence, including strangulation and wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

    • Breaches of sentence charges: when you are charged with breaching a sentence, whether that be community work, home detention or anything in between.

  • Civil proceedings are usually daunting. They can stretch out into years of litigation, and often the costs can skyrocket. I can help make the process easy to understand and help you navigate our difficult civil system, with no surprising invoices waiting for you at the end. I can help with:

    • Restraining Orders.

    • Debt enforcement, whether seeking or defending bankruptcy or liquidation.

    • Contractual disputes.

    • Consumer Guarantee Disputes (i.e. faulty products or services).

    • Negligence claims.

    • Estates (including testamentary promises and family protection claims).

  • You may be eligible for a limited licence if you have been disqualified or suspended from driving and need to drive for work or personal reasons. I can help you determine if you are eligible and help you apply. I charge a fixed fee of $1,250.00 plus GST.

  • If you or a loved one is eligible for parole, I can help put your/their best foot forward before the parole board.
